Here you can luxuriate in the splendor of the Colorado mountains without being too far removed from city access. The ranch is an ideal site for a captivating ceremony, followed by a rousing reception. And of course, our recently remodeled Guest House is nearby to house you and all your happy wedding revelers—and there’s a hearty hot breakfast in the morning! Naturally, your family can stay longer for a fun vacation or family reunion.

Guests at the K-T can take a step back in time in a setting reminiscent of the original guest ranch days—but it’s a step that carries all the comforts of modern accommodations. Whether you want to keep your wedding arrangement simple or you lean to the lavish, the unique surroundings of K-T Ranch will make your event a memorable one. Our reception tents and spacious lawns can provide plenty of room for your affair, large or small. (There is a practical limit of about 100 persons; larger events up to 150+ persons are possible with special arrangements.)
When you "Rent The Ranch," you can entertain parties, or host weddings and receptions for up to 30 guests indoors, or up to 100 guests outdoors. By renting the ranch, the entire property becomes yours to enjoy and share with your guests—we’ll work behind the scenes to creatively make your event a masterpiece. So, whether your desire is a lovely setting for your wedding ceremony and/or reception, a place for your other events such as the rehearsal dinner, BBQ, brunch, or simple family gatherings, we can make it happen, and make it happen wonderfully.
The magnificent ranch house accommodates 8 people in 4 bedrooms: put a rustic—but artfully remodeled—roof over your immediate family, bridal party, or out-of-town guests, and see them settle in to that special flavor of Colorado relaxation. This is a luxury Guest House, with amenities such as fireplaces, a relaxing TV room, gourmet kitchen, and artistic touches throughout this custom historic home.
